Nobody ever taught us how to handle what we feel.

We have gyms for the body. For this, most of us have nothing.

So it piles up. The anger, the worry, the tiredness sleep doesn't fix. And it comes out on the people we love.

The good news? It can be learned, just like a muscle that can be trained at any age. 15 minutes at a time.

Does this sound familiar?

It shows up in small ways, every day

If even a few of these sound like you, this is for you.

Maheima Kapur
Emotional fitness coach

I've spent 7 years learning how the body holds stress, and the simple exercises that release it: breathwork, gentle movement, and techniques that calm the nervous system.

I started this because I kept meeting people who were strong in every visible way, holding down jobs, homes, and families, and still struggling with what they felt inside. There was nothing wrong with them. No one had ever taught them this. That's what these sessions teach.

The sessions are gentle. You'll never be asked to share anything personal. You just follow along, and the exercises do the work.

What this is

Emotional fitness, built 15 minutes at a time.

Once a day, live, together. 15 minutes to settle your nervous system and come back to steady.

Same idea as physical fitness. You show up, you do the work, you get stronger, session by session.

How a session flows

Every session is 15 minutes, live on Zoom

You just follow along.

Come online and let the session bring your system back to steady. It works with what you're carrying that day, whether that's tension in the body, a loop in the head, or a tiredness that won't shift.

Every day works a different way in. Proven techniques to regulate your nervous system. Simple tools to break a spiral of overthinking. Deeper release for what the body holds onto. So you're building real emotional strength, not just relaxing for 15 minutes.

Camera on or off, your choice. Mic stays off. Nobody's watching.

A closer look

What 15 minutes actually looks like

Each session is exactly fifteen minutes, and follows the same shape every day, so within a few days your body knows what's coming and starts to soften before you've even begun.

We start with a short round of gentle bouncing on the balls of the feet, which wakes up the body and clears whatever you walked in carrying. Then a science-backed breathwork technique that calms the nervous system and prepares the mind for what's ahead.

From there we move into the day's practice. Sometimes we're working with the breath, sometimes with a specific place in the body that tends to hold on, sometimes with an energy technique from a much older tradition, sometimes with a way of meeting a difficult thought. A gentle guided practice, one thing per session, given real time and real depth.

We close with a quiet practice: a few long humming exhales that settle the system, and a moment to notice how the body feels now.

We focus on different things on different days: the breath, the body, the mind, the heart. Some days move fast, some days move slow, but every day gives you something you can actually use, the moment you need it.

Just show up

The single thing that makes this work is showing up. Not perfectly, just regularly. All you have to do is log in at the same time each day, and we'll take it from there.

Come as you are

Nobody is put on the spot. Nobody has to speak, or perform, or share anything they don't want to. You never need to prepare anything or read anything beforehand; you just follow along, eyes closed if you'd like, camera off if that feels easier. You show up as you are, follow along for fifteen minutes, and leave a little more grounded than you came.

The tools you'll learn

Real practices you can use on your own, anywhere

Not vague ideas of calm. Specific things you can do, when you actually need them:

Like any fitness, they grow with practice. The more you use them, the stronger you get.

What starts changing

What you'll start to notice

The first few sessions
You feel lighter

Most people feel calmer straight after the very first one. The day feels less heavy to carry.

In the first weeks
Your mood feels easier

You don't get irritated as fast. The little things stop setting you off. Sleep starts coming more easily.

As you keep going
You handle the hard moments better

When something upsets you, it doesn't take over the way it used to. And it keeps getting steadier.

More for members

It doesn't stop at the daily 15 minutes

Through the year, we bring in expert guest sessions, special workshops, and member-only events, so you're always learning something new and going deeper.

Why this works when apps didn't

You've probably tried an app before

Or a video, or a book. Most people stop within a week, because doing it on your own is easy to skip.

Here, it's live, at a fixed time, with a real person leading and a group showing up with you. Same faces every day. Someone notices when you're not there.

Like the difference between a gym membership you forget about and a class with a trainer who knows your name.

Common questions

Questions people often ask

Perfect, honestly. Nothing here assumes prior experience with meditation, yoga, or breathwork. Every practice is guided from scratch, and the pace is built for beginners.

No. Camera off is completely welcome, and many people prefer it. You can also stay on mute the whole time. Just showing up is the practice.

Life happens, and missing a day doesn't set you back. Each session stands on its own, so you can come back the next day and pick up where the group is.

Nothing at all. A quiet-ish corner where you won't be disturbed for fifteen minutes is enough. You can sit on a chair, on the floor, or even on your bed. No mat, no props, no app.

No, and it's important to be clear about that. This is a daily practice for building emotional strength, the way a gym builds physical strength. It works beautifully alongside therapy if you're doing that, and it's genuinely useful on its own, but it doesn't replace professional support for anything that needs it.

For the pilot cohort, we'll find a common time that works for most people. Once the program opens more widely, there will be multiple slots to choose from, so you can pick whatever fits your day.

Sessions are live only. The whole point is showing up together, and recordings tend to quietly turn a live practice into a library you mean to get to later. If you can't make a session, you come back the next day. That's the design.

This is training for everyday emotional strength. It works alongside professional mental health support, and never replaces it.
